Time to get on track

Hey everybody I hope you're having a fabulous week
I just wanted to talk to you a little bit about time management and how important that is to creating a well-balanced work life flow.

When we don't have things that an order or we don't have a routine to follow during the day we can at times feel lost. I know that I experience this over the weekend when I'm not in my normal routine. So here are some tips and tricks that you guys can do to make things a little bit easier and to get more accomplished in the 24 hours provided.
1. Get yourself a really nice planner that has both the weeks broken down into days as well as the month all in the same planner. This is a really nice way for you to look at the global picture of the month as well as fine-tune the smaller items within your workweek and your family week. I also really enjoy finding planners that have some positive quotes that will keep me going throughout the week.
2. Set aside some time either at the beginning of the day or at the end of the day to write your routine down for the day. This is a vital behavior if you would like to be as efficient and productive and your upcoming day. All you need to do is jot down hour by hour or every 15 minute increments what you have to get accomplished the next day. When you have it all down on a piece of paper it's easier to stay focused and tackle the difficult situations when they arise.
3. Keep it in your line of sight all day long. You know it's nice to write it all down and get the planner all organized but if you're not looking at it hour by hour or every 15 minutes then it's not gonna work for you. You need to keep it in your line of vision because it's going to tell you when you need to transition to the next task. Somethings we might not get done all in one day but that's OK then put it on the next days agenda. Just keep moving forward.
4. Last but not least, make sure you leave some wiggle room. Life happens and you may need a little bit of a transition or you might need to change some things so allow yourself a little freedom so that when those things arise you can still keep moving forward in your day.
