Replace Excuses With Effort

In out busy lives, trying to pack in a 27 hour days into a 24 hour day, excuses can present themselves.

I don't have enough time --- I didn't have a healthy food option --- I don't think I can lift those heavy weights ---- I do not need personal development --- I am too tired --- I just don't feel like it --- and so on.

STOP!!!

We need to turn those excuses into effort!!! Dig Deep and let those excuses be your coal to the fire!

I challenge you to replace 1-2 excuses with positivity and effort!!

For example: I do not feel like working out TO--> I am going to feel amazing after I workout so go do it for petesake!!
