Countdown To Competition Meal Plan Week 1

Hey Hey!!! How is everyone doing?
I just completed another round of 21 Day Fix Extreme and I was so excited about my results!! Posting before and post pictures SOON! But in the meantime, I am ready to kick it up a notch!!! So it is time to get down to business with Autumn's Countdown to Competition Meal Plan!!
This meal plan is meant to get you out of a plateau for a short period of time. It is a 21 day intense menu plan that limits your sugar and carb intake while increasing your protein.
I will be following her 1200-1499 calorie category. The calendar is set up like this with the container colors listed below:
2 days of Countdown to Competition then 1 day of Regular 21 Day Fix Extreme; then repeat.
3 - Greens 3 - Greens
0- Purple 2 - Purple
6 - Red 4 - Red
1- Yellow 2- Yellow
0 - Blue 1 - Blue
0 - Orange 1- Orange
3 - tsp. 2 - tsp.
I will be doing this menu for 21 days. You are not supposed to have cheats, I am allowing myself 1 Cheat per week secondary to my summer/busy lifestyle this time of the year :)
