Here Is My Personal Daily Review of Master’s Hammer and Chisel. Please Follow Along for I will be updating this as I go, adding improvements, struggles and results!! Looking forward for DAY 60!!
Day #1: The Master's Hammer & Chisel Balance is a 40 minute program.
It is a series of 8 exercises, 15 reps each and some are repeated twice!!!
Equipment needed: hand weights - I used 5# but I will probably bump it up to 8# next time, stability
ball or a bench and a yoga mat or some type of floor cushion.
Between the up - downs, the arm press bridge and the balanced row pistol squats were killers!!!
Overall, loved it!!! Balance is very important to prevent injuries so I felt like this was a great place to start!!!
Day #2: The Master's Hammer & Chisel hammer plyometrics. This workout is not for the light of heart.
It is a 26 minute intense workout, 9 moves that last for 30 seconds and then REPEAT!!!
Equipment needed was a resistance band, hand weights - I used 5# that was good for me, optional is a bench.
This workout was a great one!! Plus the 26 minutes was very nice!
Refueling every morning with my Shakeology® vegan chocolate and my beachbody performance line energize to push these workouts to the max!
Let me know if you want to join in the fun!!!
Day #3: Switched Rest Day. Time for some relaxation.
Day #4 - The Master's Hammer & Chisel Iso strength chisel!! Wow Autumn Calabrese knows how to make it BURN!!
10 moves then holding the move in the contraction state for 10 seconds, then repeat for a total of 3 sets.
Equipment needed hand weights and a bench but they do modify if your don't have one.
After each move you stretch out so in the end there is no real cool down/stretch period so the workout goes all the way to the end if you are watching the clock
Quick 35 minute workout.
Recovered with the beachbody Shakeology®!
Day #5...ISO speed hammer complete!!!
This is a nice quick workout that leaves your muscles stimulated and a sense of strength right after you finish.

23 minutes was perfect to wrap up the end of the day!!!

Chisel Endurance The Master's Hammer & Chisel is an interval/circuit style workout where each exercise is timed (1 minute – choose your weight wisely!) for 9 different exercises, with very little rest in between. Once you complete all 9 exercises (7 unique), you’ll hit them again for a 2nd round.

35 minutes. #weekendworkouts #masterschallenge
Day #7.... The Master's Hammer & Chisel Total body hammer and 10 min hammer abs...check!!!
Sagi is the trainer... doing 3 rounds of 3 exercises twice. You do 3 exercises with reps of 10, 8 and 6 – move onto the next exercise in that round with the same rep sequence and then the last one. Then you repeat – and that is only Round 1. You do 3 new exercises the same way for 2 more rounds.
