Let’s talk about shakeology.

I often get questions related to shakeology and its benefits.

Well let me go through some of the common questions that I get.

1. What is shakeology? - Shakeology is a super food! Seriously, Shakeology packs 75+ vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, proteins, amino acids, probiotics, and adaptogens that your body need to function for optimal health*.

2. What are the flavors? There is 7 flavors - Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Greenberry, Cafe Latte, Vegan Chocolate, and Vegan Tropical Strawberry. I have tried all of them and yes, I have my favorites :)

3. How do I make it? Shakeology can be made in many different ways. Use ice and water only, shake it, blend it. There are a lot of different recipes that you can choose from. There is no right or wrong way.

4. Why is it so expensive? Shakeology is packed full of super foods. If you would go to the grocery store and purchase all the ingredients that are packed into the super shake - you would be spending HUNDREDS of dollars. I had a hard time with the cost of shakeology initially, but the way that I feel and continue to keep feeling, this will be a staple in my life forever. I also was able to determine that I am saving money by drinking shakeology. (I spend $4.88 per shake vs. $7-$10/lunch or supper)
