Aldi Week #2 Meal Plan

Week #2 of meal planning!!! When we get into the second week of either a challenge or a new lifestyle change, things can get a little tricky to mix it up! Also we started to realize that we are going through more food which could mean more grocery stops = expensive. Nope! Not with this plan. The amazing Shopping with Aldi Mom has done it again. This a perfect way to stay on track and eat Clean!
This meal plan is set up to follow the 21 day fix 1200-1499 calorie categorie which is the lowest category with the 21 day fix, 21 day fix extreme and The Master's Hammer and Chisel. In this category, you get 3 Green, 2 purple, 4 reds, 2 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange and 2 tsp. If you are in the higher category plans, add servings aka more containers of that color. You can have two snacks and they are listed on the chart. Snack at you convenience.
The Orange container is primarily used for salad dressings. If you are looking for something fun to jazz up those salads, here is a list of 21 day fix approved salad dressings.
Monday:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and Strawberries
Lunch: Chicken Salad Wrap
Supper: Kale Chicken Fresh Salad
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Overnight strawberries and cream oats
Lunch: Boiled Egg & Shredded chicken fresh salad
Supper: Garlic Chicken Pasta
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Whole wheat waffles with 100% pure maple syrup
Lunch: Chicken Salad Salad
Supper: Left over Garlic Chicken Pasta
Thursday
Breakfast: Overnight strawberries and cream oats
Lunch: Turkey Bacon Avocado Wrap Tomato Sandwich
Supper: Boiled Egg Fresh Salad with Tomatoes
Friday
Breakfast: Scrambles Eggs with Tomatoes with Turkey Bacon
Lunch: Peanut Butter on Toast with Sliced Strawberries
Supper: Chicken Salad Wrap with Steamed Broccoli
Saturday
Breakfast: Scambled Eggs
Lunch: Bacon Lettuce Tomato Salad and an Apple with 2tsp. Nut Butter
Supper: Whole Baked Potato with Streamed Broccoli and Cheese
Sunday
Breakfast: Whole Grain Waffle and Strawberries with Turkey Bacon - Maple Syrup
Lunch: 2tsp Nut Butter on Whole Wheat Break with Strawberries and Greek Yogurt
Supper: Chicken Fresh Salad with Tomatoes and Cheese
Shopping List - Runs around $100 and will feed 2 people comfortably
